From August 10 to 14, Alivira held its 2026 SIPAT, with a program focused on awareness, prevention, and promoting safety and well-being in the workplace. As part of the initiative, the “Listen & Report” channel was launched, enabling employees to report situations observed in the workplace and helping identify, prevent, and address factors that may affect safety, health, and well-being. The program also included respiratory protection training for the Production team, as well as sessions on leadership and emotional intelligence, expanding the discussions to both technical and behavioral aspects. More than a week of activities, SIPAT provides an opportunity to foster a culture of prevention, responsibility, and care, with everyone playing a role in creating an increasingly safe and healthy workplace.
