To mark International Women’s Day, Alivira organized a special morning dedicated to reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation.
Invited by the company, psychologist Géssica Frediani led a discussion circle with our female employees, addressing a topic of great social importance: femicide. In an atmosphere of listening, respect, and shared experiences, participants discussed key aspects of awareness, prevention, and support for women.
The gathering also included a coffee break, creating a welcoming space for dialogue and strengthening connections.
The initiative was organized by the Human Resources team, reaffirming Alivira’s commitment to respect, appreciation, and care for people. More than a celebration, International Women’s Day is an opportunity to reflect and work together toward building a safer and more equitable society for all women.
