Each 100 g of product contains:

Poultry and Swine: The recommended dosage of Sulfaforte is 30 mg of the combination of active ingredients (25 mg of sulfamethazaxol + 5 mg of trimethoprim)/kg of body weight/day, equivalent to 41.67 mg of Sulfaforte/kg of body weight/ day, orally mixed with food, for 7 to 14 consecutive days. For better homogenization, mix the calculated amount of Sulfaforte in 1/4 of the total feed and then add this pre-mix to the rest of the feed.
Poultry and Swine: during 7 to 14 consecutive days.
Poultry: Withdraw the product 7 days before slaughter.
Swine: Withdraw the product 13 days before slaughter.
